I keep having pain in my belly around the belly button.. pain isn’t going away, are these contractions ?

I was having this, worse at the end of the day too. Like if my shirt rubbed it it would hurt. I had my dr check for hernia and she said she didn’t find one but it’s from all the pressure and abs separating to accommodate baby.

It could be umbilical hernia , i have it too. Does your belly button bulge out if you cough?
