Trouble breathing - relief tips?
Soo as many of you ladies might know and have dealt with, I am having some laboured breathing at 30 weeks.
Nothing dangerous, just baby boy taking up lots of room. However, I am wondering if any of you have tips that have helped you when you were having trouble breathing? - I’m starting to get frustrated 😅
