I need help crafting a response!!! 😬

One of my cousins had a fundraiser for her organization and there were a ton of extended family there. I get seated near this kind, but very odd woman. Once she started talking to me, I couldn’t end it. I’m quite good at finding a segue to part ways, but I could not with this woman. She talked VERY FAST, hardly pausing between sentences. She also has an incredible memory and rattled off a list of people she knew and their relationships to one another. She’s a cousin of one of my cousins. I also think she may be autistic or on the spectrum, if that might affect how I respond. She sent me a FB friend request after we met and I accepted, to be nice. Again, we have shared relatives and she’s clearly a nice person, but I have nothing else in common with her and need to be blunt, but friendly in essentially saying no. This is what she just sent me via FB messenger. (We’ve only met the one time)

”Hi Rachel. How are you? I really like to come and see you and your family and meet my new little cousin and your boyfriend and have you all meet Danny and Elliott. We still havent gotten together since i posted on fb said cant wait to meet the baby after born and pretty soon your child will be 1yr old. I also like to see you and get together go do something and hang out too with you and whomever else too at some time as well.”

Please, any suggestions?!
