Round Ligament Pain? Ouch!

So I went to get off the couch and had a sharp pain that I haven't felt before low on my left side. It's kind of dull now but still there. Round ligament pain? This is my first baby and I'm 15 weeks tomorrow.

I'm a little over 12 weeks and had this today. I sneezed this morning and almost fell over. It was sharp and very unexpected felt it almost all across my lower belly. It went away instantly though so I didn't worry. I had few dull pains here and there on my sides through out the rest of the day but my stomach felt off today so who knows what it really was.
