NEED HELP / MOTIVATION

So the first picture is when I weighed 191 pounds, and in the second picture I weigh 205. I’ve allowed myself to gain so much weight and I feel so sad about it. When I started dealing with anxiety I would binge eat which caused me to gain weight and now I’m so fat and ugly and need tips on what to do at the gym. I only eat once a day and I don’t know why I’m not loosing any weight. Please advice on what to do at the gym!! Thanks!!
