Look at this progress I am so proud of myself. The bottom picture was taken the summer of my sophomore year, so around 2 years or so. I weighed about 170 something pounds. The top picture was today my senior year of high school and I weigh 159 pounds, still going down. Though out those two years I have tried lots of things from swimming to diets to waist trainers and just plain exercise and eating right and I had my ups and downs and my melt down, my cry sessions. By I am finally close to my preferred weight and body image, it feels great to be able to wear what I want and not feel subconscious of my belly and always pulling down my shirt or trying to wear baggy shirt to hid it even though it made me look bigger. Even though I still have my days of doubt today I just felt the need to share my achievement with somebody. Maybe in hopes of inspiring somebody to always continue with what they want even if people bring you down or you feel like giving up.

I have more to go but I am starting to feel good in my own body!!
