Went to the doctor today and asked her when I deliver c section will I be getting a spinal block one time shot in spine or an actual epidural with the string in my back . She told me I will be getting a epidural when it’s my time to go in for my planned c section to make sure I’m fully numbed just Incase they need to give me more medicine while in the operating room. Well just wanted to let whoever wondering that it’s still possible to get the epidural even dough it’s a planned c section . I seen mostly everyone on here say if it’s planned that u will get a spinal block but that’s not the case plus every doctor is different I’m just glad my doctor taking more precautions just to make sure everything fall through right this time also because I’m having twins and nervous as hell ! #just wanted to ease anyone else mind it depends on the doctor too
