Ladies who experienced gestational diabetes what were your experience or symptoms? I have been feeling extremely hungry the last couple weeks and feel like I only have water in my stomach like I'm not absorbing any food, headaches, lightheaded feeling like I could pass out, and been getting shaky. Blood pressure has been kind of on the lower side as well. I am 23 weeks 5 days. I have an appointment Wenesday and will be mentioning all this to my doctor.
