Weight loss
So I started my weight loss on 3/6/19 and so far I’ve lost 24 lbs and that’s just by eating smaller portions and literally cutting out all sugars! I can’t even tell the difference 😩 I mean my clothes feel loose and get complements from my husband but I don’t physically see a difference. My question is how the hell do i get the strength to make my self go to the gym. I got 2 kids. 2 jobs. And by the time I get home from work I feel tired. Stupid excuses 😩😒 My baby’s first Bday is in 2 weeks and I want to drop at least 10 more pounds.
