Pets acting up

It’s silly but are anyone’s pets acting differently? People have told me that their pets can sense when a baby is about to come and start acting weird. My two dogs were fine until about a month ago, all of a sudden stopped eating their food. They went from eating twice a day to only once. I took them to the vet and the vet doesn’t seem to know what’s going on with them either. They are still just as active, and still drinking water, and they have not lost any weight, yet. So just wondering if maybe they are getting nervous that baby is about to come soon lol 😂 it sounds funny as I’m typing it but I seriously don’t know what has gotten into my dogs lately. One of my dogs started whining a lot but not because he’s in pain or anything because he just wants our attention, anytime my husband or I leave the house he goes crazy with the whining.
