Struggling to eat at 10 weeks

Hello lady's I am 10 weeks and having the hardest time eating!!!! I don't know what else to do to feel full. I'm so hungry but every time I smell something or put something in my mouth I wanna gag. Can you ladies help me out please. And I take b6 by the way.
