Braxton hicks or ligament stretching?

Been having some cramping in my lower belly. Its not painful as much as it is uncomfortable. This is my first baby so im not sure if its ligament stretching or something else. It doesnt feel like it would be labor as its not painful just uncomfortable and makes me want to lay down. Im 24 weeks and 4 days with our little boy. Im not worried just curious is all.

My BH are uncomfortable. They feel like a cramp across my whole belly, like all my ab muscles are seizing up. I try to relax through them. My ligament stretching is more of a stabby/sudden pain in my lower hip/abdominal area.

My BH are like a long period cramp (which I never noticed in my previous pregnancies at all) or uncomfortable tightness, and ligament is like pulling a muscle for a few seconds.

I do have BH but I also feel like it’s so heavy down there, I’m so uncomfortable I very low in my belly, I’m so much bette when I’m sit or when I lay down! Is anyone else like his ?
