PMS fucking sucks

So I’m about to get my period on Friday (in 3 days) and my boobs are insanely sore and now I get like weird little cramps and i feel like I need to go to the bathroom and my back aches a lot too. Has anyone had the little cramp feeling? Sorta feels like I have the runs but a little less bad but I go to the restroom normally but im also very gassy
