I’ve been on LoLo Estrin Fe birth control since December, and on March 10th I had sexual relations. I got my period March 14th (4 days later) and now my period is 6 days late. I get my period every 28 days since I started BC and for the past 3 days I have been spotting. A lot of people miss periods and don’t have periods with LoLo, so I’m wondering is it possible that my cycle is just changing or missed a period due to the birth control? I don’t get my period during the break week (final row of pills), I get it during the 2nd or 3rd row of my pack. I’m going to test anyways, but is it possible that it’s just my cycle changing?
