Constantly on the phone
I think I have a problem.
I've noticed over the past few months that I'm constantly on my phone.
> I feel anxious without it
> I take it everywhere with me even when I don't need it
> Constantly flicking between social media even though I have no notifications
> When watching TV, I'm still on my phone on social media and playing games
> I check my phone for notifications every minute even when I'm not expecting any
I don't want to be so dependent on my phone or feel so anxious without it. I need help with this.
