Dilated 1 cm
Today I had my 36 week appointment and dr said I’m dilated to 1 cm and my cervix is ripe. Head super super low. How long did you go into labor after being dilated to only 1 cm? I know it can still take weeks.. and did any of you do anything to induce ur own labor closer to being full term??
