Best time to have an outdoor baby shower ?

I’m Having an outdoor baby shower on June 9th and I’m afraid that it’s going to be too hot since I live in California. We’re also serving BBQ so I don’t think it would fit early in the morning. Anyone else have any idea?

I live in Florida and mine is in July hickory mine is inside. I would just have fans or the fans you attach a hose to that’s mists
