Pink meat while pregnant?

I was eating Italian sausage my grandma made for dinner.. after I get almost done  with it, I realized it was still a little bit pink in the middle.. I'm 22 weeks pregnant should I be worried?

The risk is food poisoning. You can get food poisoning even when you’re not pregnant. The problem is it’s a lot worse when you’re pregnant. It’s like the thing where people are convinced they can’t eat a sandwich. If it’s not making you sick when you’re not pregnant, odds are it’s not making you sick when you are pregnant. It’s about making smart food safety decisions.
Now, generally, pork should be cooked all the way through. That’s not a pregnancy thing. That’s just a basic food safety decision. But, if no one is clutching the toilet, odds are you don’t have food poisoning.

Pink meat makes me cringe, especially sausage. Even when not preggo. If anything you might get a stomach ache. Most likely though you are fine!

No... it’s fine ... the problem with undercooked meats it’s not food poisoning it’s ecoli/salmonella what not ... but it’s very rare to happen.
I have eaten raw fish and deli meat my WHOLE pregnancy (actually both) and nothing ever happened. It’s more of a taboo than anything else, don’t worry about it.
