When would you baby dance?

Here is my calendar, this month we just decided to BD every other day and not test for ovulation. But according to this app, ovulation is in like 2 days. We BD’ed last night but I don’t want to miss out on any prime days, or overdo it so his sperm count is too low.. what do you think??

This app is probably wrong anyhow. Every other day will have you covered no matter what. One to two days before ovulation has highest rates of conception in scientific studies. If you want to do every day- that’s fine. More recent studies say there is no problem with sperm depletion even for men with low sperm count. Every other day has you completely covered. Trying to “save” sperm actually backfires as it starts to die if waiting too long. Do what is comfortable/fun/stress-free.
