Implantation bleeding
Good evening ladies, at 12 weeks I had some brown spotting I got an ultrasound done and baby is fine but the results say it was implantation bleeding. I thought it only happened when the baby first implanted. Can you provide any insight on this? I’m so confused!! Thanks
