All of a sudden bathroom problems

I went into preterm labor at the beginning of this month so I've been taking it pretty easy since and in the bathroom I've felt slightly constipated as well since then but for the last 2 days it seems it just keep getting more and more runny. I'm 35 weeks and 1 day so I'm wondering, could this mean I may go into preterm labor again? I have my weekly OB appointment Thursday so I'll definitely mention it to my doctor but wanted to post and see what you ladies thought as well.
