2 Year old had tooth Extraction .😬

abit random but I dont got nowhere to ask or anybody atm ,, But my two year old had dental surgery yesterday & This evenin I was looking in his mouth and noticed these string like things hanging off his gums ,, I am jst wondering has anyone had there toddlers teeth removed and if this normal? ,, Hes been cranky as we expected but still his normal self
