Lightheaded?

I gave birth in January, and close to a month now I have been getting lightheaded every single day in and off through out the day. I am not sure if it’s this allergy weather (usually nothing bothers me) or maybe something that has nothing to do with birth. Please help!! Anyone else?

Is your iron low? This happens to me a lot bc of my iron. Also when I had my daughter I lost A LOT of blood and I became anemic which is another reason why I feel lightheaded a lot.. you should also talk to your doctor (:

I have been feeling like this off and on .. 15 weeks postpartum and I put it off as not eating enough or drinking enough water. Not exactly sure why though. It’s never a “I’m about to pass out right now” but just general lightheaded feeling

Have you seen your doctor?  It’s probably nothing, but I’d check in to be sure.  You don’t want it to progress, especially if it means you could faint while taking care of a baby.

This happened to me all the time during the first few months of giving birth. I always thought I just needed more water and more protein and calories in my body since I was breast feeding . I prolly should have gone to a doctor and Checked
