Frustrated With My body

I got my implant taken out Dec 22nd 2018 i got excited February 13 2019 when i started my period only it wasn't a real period it lasted burly 3 days was extremely light and here it is April 17 2019 and still no sign of my monthly. Im curious im so over the side affects of birth control. By this time birth control is no longer an option for me and tbh i think the docs just want us to be cautious because she told me my body would automatically go back to normal once they take the implant out which I know that was a lie my body wasn't just going to go back to normal after having an implants in me for three years there's no way so still patiently waiting for a real period thats consistent. My hair use to be long and healthy now i can burly get it to grow that has never been a problem for me but these past two years has made me a whole chicken head 😂😂 just stressed and needed to vent ugh
