Little baby beak

I just moved into an old house and there’s this birds nest that I thought was old and empty in an old, ugly, broken light fixture and I wanted to clean it out because it looks gross but I can’t see in it so I just reached up with my phone and took pics. When my hand came down I heard little peeps! It was so cute. This is what I caught

The arrow is pointing to a little baby bird beak. Momma has them real covered up. Glad I checked first! That’s okay y’all can live there until you’re grown.

#no birds do not abandon nests due to your scent. That’s an old tale to scare kids away from bothering birds nests. Birds barely have a sense of smell. You learn some things growing up in the country lol
