Uti or?!

Okay so I went to the doctor the 1st to get medicine for a uti because it was burning really bad when I peed and there was weird smell down there, no biggy got the medicine and moved on. A week later and on my last day of the medicine it’s still burning when I pee. I went to my gynecologist this time they test my pee the UTI is gone but there’s bilirubin and protein in my ruined but she says that’s nothing to worry about she goes ahead and cultures my urine and does an std screening for gonorrhea/chlamydia just in case and she calls me back two days later saying everything came back totally normal. It’s now the 17th it still burns a little when I pee (not nearly as bad and not everyday but it shouldn’t happen at all??) and it still smells down there! I wear cotton underwear, I change my undies everyday, I don’t rub soap up my vagina, and I haven’t been having sex I honestly have no idea what could be throwing me off! Has anyone dealt with anything like this and/or do you have any idea what could be going on ?
