Any advice?

My husband and I have decided to stop actively preventing pregnancy later this year, probably in September or October we will begin this.
I was wondering, is there any advice or suggestions of things I should do before then? Anything will be greatly appreciated! I seriously can’t wait to be a mom!

Go to your ob for a “preconception” apt... they will draw some blood to check to see if you are a carrier for certain disorders.. and realize for most you don’t get pregnant your first time trying so don’t get discouraged and try and plan an “exact month” to try because you will just drive yourself crazy.... if you don’t already have one save a nest egg for pop up expenses... make sure you are financially stable as well... good luck
