Baby acne ?

Baby girl has had this rash on her face and head for about 2 weeks and it just gets worst . At first thought it was a heat rash

I put breast milk on my lil man’s acne and it looks so much better the next day

Last picyure is starting to look like a small rash.. i used aquaphor for my baby on the acne spots and it cleared it all up

looks like baby acne! put some breast milk on it and it should clear up after a few times :)

Hey, obviously double check with your pediatrician, but my boy has the same rash.
My pediatrician said it is normal, it is dermatitis that will go away on its own.  If it gets bad it can spread down to the chest.  And as it clears up babies hair will fall out, but than grow back

It’s baby acne. Super harmless and will go away on its own. My sons got it bad now too.
