So expensive

I finished all of my testing this week. HSG and hysteroscopy. All tests came back normal. Neither tube is blocked, though my left one isnt as open as the right. They said I may have some slight scarring, but I couldn't tell you how that happened. But the good news is that they're both open. The annoying thing is... technically, there's nothing wrong, yet here I am. No babies. Been trying for over a year now. My husband's semen analysis was normal as well. I've had two unsuccessful IUI's... I'm so frustrated! I asked about IVF and it's so expensive. I knew it'd be pricey but I didn't know just how pricey. And the thought of spending so much money for something that may not work... It's just very, very frustrating. And to top it all off, trying IUI again seems useless, as the directive I was given was to use an opk to track my surge and schedule the IUI appointment accordingly. Well, I have PCOS and using OPKs haven't worked for me in the past.

Sigh.
