Registry for first baby

Hello ladies! First time Mommy here and I’m beginning to piece together my registry. What are some of the must have items that I should include? Anything that I should avoid that may be a waste? Also, I need some recommendations on a diaper bag/backpack.

Side note, my bundle of joy is a little boy and I plan on breast feeding. If anyone has any suggestions on pumps, bottles, liners, and storage options I would greatly appreciate it!
