formula for sensitive bellies

hello everybody!! im asking this for a friend. her daughter is 3 months old and has had issues with multiple types of formula. She first was on Gentlease, which made her projectile vomit. They found out she had acid reflux, so they tried Enfamil AR, which made her stomach still hurt. She is currently on Prosobe , which she said also seems to not be making a difference.

Anybody else have these issues with formula? If so what kind of formula ended up working best?
