So every couple of weeks I find myself with really low self esteem doing laundry and I’m finding my clothes are fitting right and the number on the scale keeps climbing. I know I’ve gained a lot of weight.
I’ve tried diet plans and exercise but life gets hectic and I always fall to the “well I can try better tomorrow.” But tomorrow doesn’t happen.
I need help. Suggestions. Advice.
What can I do to stay on a better path to get myself healthier? I’m not saying I want to be a size 2 overnight. But I would love to go back to my size 8 again. I’m currently just shy of 180lbs and 5 feet tall.
I have my wedding in November and I haven’t bought a dress yet but that has even made me cry.
