I’m so confused

So earlier this week I went to our local er with slight cramping, & I read up on ectopic and freaked out. This is my third pregnancy, but have one child. I was supposed to be 5 weeks and the gestational sac measured 3 weeks, and no fetal pole. That would not even be possible because I’ve been testing positive already for 10 days at that point.

My HCG is within normal range to be 4-6 weeks along.

They told me I’m having a miscarriage, but every time I test the line stays the same or gets darker. I used the same brand pregnancy tests aswell. They want me to come Monday and repeat the blood work, but I don’t have any other symptoms of miscarriage.

My boobs leak, I’m constantly hungry, I have energy, my boobs HURT, slight headache here and there. I’m just SO UNSURE. 😞

Any input would be appreciated. I want god honest opinions because I don’t want to get my hopes up if this seems to be unrealistic. There’s no possible way I couldn’t be any less because I haven’t had sex since then.

Also I was on nuvaring when I got pregnant. But still kept up with my normal periods.

Is it possible that my sac is just smaller and it was to soon to see fetal pole?
