Breast pain after nursing?

Question

Has anyone experienced breast pain (like a deep burning, almost stinging sensation behind the nipple in the breast tissue) only after nursing? It's only in one breast, not both. No pain during latching or feeding. No discoloration or fever. No signs of thrush in LO's mouth. Just this constant burning pain! What could it be?

I get this occasionally, also no fevwr or sore spots. My friend and lactation consultant said it's just milk moving around in the breast if you have no other negative symptoms.

I am experiencing this also but in both breasts. My GP gave me pills for thrush and a cream as well. No symptoms in my baby's mouth either but he is a little more fussy and gassy than normal.

I have this when I use my Haakaa sometimes and I was wondering what it could be. I don’t have any signs of thrush either and neither does my LO so I wasn’t sure. I was thinking maybe a clogged but a lot of milk comes out still so Im totally lost lol.
