I went to a party one night with my best friend. When we got there she immediately got drunk and I tried to take care of her, which for me meant not to drink and watch her closely. A bunch of people kept bringing me bottles and trying to get me to drink. Someone made me a drink with a bunch of different liquors and I got very drunk very quickly. This guy kept flirting with me and touching me. I was stating to not be able to walk and fell back on him. He carried me to another room, took my clothes off, and had sex with me. I didn’t want to do it but I couldn’t form the words no but I couldn’t say yes either. I tried to turn away from him but I was so weak and he just kept turning me back over. I don’t remember all of it but I remember waking up in a dark room alone not knowing where I was in the house. Is this rape? I couldn’t say no but I didn’t want to. The words yes never came out of my mouth but neither did no.
