Normally three
1. First appointment: cmp and thyroid levels (green top), cbc and ABO Rh (lavender top), and red top to check for antibodies to rubella, syphilis, hepatitis b, HIV, chlamydia and gonorrhea. Total blood volume tends to be around 1 Tablespoon (23 ml)
2. Gestational diabetes screen: green top tube for your blood glucose and a purple for your hemoglobin. A little over 1 teaspoon (7 ml). (Unless you fail your screen and then you'll get poked 4 more times).
3. During labor: depends on your hospital. It's normal to get a blue top (coagulation tests), green top (cmp), short lavendar (cbc), and a tall lavendar (in emergent situations where you'd need blood). Total blood about half a tablespoon (17 ml)

One blood draw but they took like 20 samples from it (second trimester screening along with a couple others). I expect one more for the glucose test, but other than that i should be done

I’m 33 weeks and have only had two blood draws so far. They only poke you once to obtain the tests they need at any given time. As far as I remember at my 10 week appointment they tested my antibodies for heroes zoster, my blood type, and hemoglobin. At 26 weeks I had the glucose test and they also checked my hemoglobin.

I had 3 :  one when my pregnancy was confirmed at 8 weeks to screen for things that could affect baby, the genetic testing around 12 weeks, the glucose test around 25 weeks

Two blood test and will be taking GLOCUSE in about 8-9 weeks lol! They don’t do to many test unless necessary
