Hi..

Does anyone else’s child do this?

My daughter literally ignores us & acts like she hates us when she’s at my parents house.

Me, hubby , daughter (2.5yrs) & my six month old son have moved into my parents whilst out loft conversion is being done & my daughter won’t come to me, chooses her nanny over me, if she hurts herself she’ll go to my mum or my sister, if I say ‘can mummy have a cuddle ‘ or ‘come with mummy whilst I get ready’

She’s literally like ‘no no, nanny (or) Aunty “

It’s really really upsetting me, I actually went to bed crying the other night..

Even when we’re not staying here, I see my family regularly like 3/4x per week & my daughter does the same, & I’ve chose to ignore it thinking we’ll be going home soon so I’ve let it go. But now it’s breaking my heart..

Why isn’t she running to her mummy..

I sound dramatic but it’s heartbreaking for me!!! These are the years when their young when they should just want their mummy & daddy. But instead all she wants is her nanny!!!!

She does the same to her daddy but he’s working alday so I’m seeing how bad it is through the day !!

Please someone tell me this is normal????? :(((((
