It’s my first time being pregnant

So I’m only four weeks along but I had sex this morning. And I bleed just a few drops barely anything came out but is this normal or should I be worried about a miscarriage. I’m scared I’m not just over thinking that something is wrong but then it is my first pregnancy and I could just be over thinking.
