Yeast infection

Hey y’all. I took a shower yesterday and shaved and I have had all the symptoms of a yeast infection since last night. The discharge and itch and redness and such. The 3 day monistat has the best reviews on the Walmart page, but I was wondering which one works the best? I really want this gone because I am so freaking uncomfortable.
