Awful PMS symptoms: HELP
I’m having awful nausea, upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting either right before my period or on the first day. I keep taking advil, but it doesn’t seem to be working all that well. Does anyone have any recommendations of medications to take or things to do that will make me feel better or even make these more manageable??? pleaseeee help 😭🤮
