Backstory, my husband is Chinese and I’m white. Our daughter has very strong Chinese features and looks my husband quite a lot. Even strangers think so.

Every single time my mom comes to visit us (we live several states away) she brings up the fact that her friends think that my daughter looks like her. They look NOTHING alike and it’s driving me crazy!!

If she doesn’t look like me and I BIRTHED her then she sure as hell doesn’t look like you. Also! She’s Chinese! Accept the fact that she’s not 100% white and you have to deal with that.
