Blighted ovum?

I was only 4w+4d in the ultrasound and the ER doctor said it was a blighted ovum. I have a appointment on May 6th for a ultrasound with my doctor that is the soonest they will see me..my hcg level was 504
I have had no pain or bleeding just pain from a cyst I have that’s it

Definitely wait for your appointment. You're to early to tell one way or another. I hope on the next scan you will see baby and heartbeat. Good luck and don't stress!

At 4 wks there is no way in HELL they can determine its BO.
They told me my oldest was ....we found hb at 8w3d in the OR about to do d&c

Why did you have a scan so early? I've never heard of someone having one in their fourth week 😐 I'm coming up to 7 weeks and on the daily insights I've seen people still not seeing anything much on their scans via transvaginal or abdominal, way too early to tell x

You are way too early to diagnose that. ER doctors are shit. You can’t even see anything until your hcg levels are at least 2,000 they don’t diagnose that until at least around 7-8 weeks. You’re pregnant don’t worry. If you’re concerned I would get another scan around 7-8 weeks.
