When’s it my turn....

I’ve been trying since December when I got my iud removed. Dr said you can start right away I thought getting pregnant was gonna be a quick thing bc it has been with my last two children. Each period cycle comes and goes and boom another period begins and my hopes get turned down. This time I’m CD 8 with 6 days to ovulation I’m praying I get pregnant 🤰... what’s everyone’s status at this time ? Any ideas or things I could do that have helped or know has helped others!!!! Praying for all who are trying and those who succeeded.
