Cup and IUD
Hey ladies!
So I just got a Paragard IUD inserted again after a month of the other one expelling. I was able to experience a cycle with the IUD. I use the Sckoon cup (which I love!) but the flow was SO heavy, I was changing the cup after overflowing like 6-8 times a day!
So, my question is, is there anybody who can suggest a cup for really heavy flow? Anybody else dealing with the Paragard, heavy flow, and cups?
