Contractions again??

So yesterday almost all day I was contracting by 6 they were 5 mins apart so I took a bath etc and nothing help so I went to l and d. I was contracting every 5 mins so they checked me but my cervix was closed (she said) so they have me the shot to stop the contractions. After the hour they were watching me after the shot. The nurse I had had the head nurse come in to check me. The the head nurse looks at the other one and said she’s not closed at all she’s almost 4 cm dilated. By now the contractions have stopped. They called the doctor to see what he wanted to do. He said to send me home. I’m still having a lot of pelvic presser and hurts to walk and now contracting about every 15 mins I can’t feel any pain but with my last I didn’t feel any pain tell I was at a 5. When should I go back in? I’m only 35 weeks and 1 day

Ladies always ask to be checked twice at LandD by two different people just to make sure they both get the same thing. The doctor didn’t want me to have it unless I was less then 1 cm so just double check
