Weird poopy diapers for a week

Hi mamas. My little guy has had abnormal pooping going on for the last week. He’s been pooping after every feeding. It’s mustard yellow color which I know is normal, but sometimes it seems gelatin like and sometimes it has white specs. Sometimes is not a whole lot and sometimes it’s a good amount.

I emailed my doctor on Wednesday and he said he should be fine as long as he is hydrated, but I dunno. It’s been a week. I thought it may have been something I ate but it’s seems like if it was it shouldn’t affect him a week later. He is breastfed and usually only poos every other day or so, and it tends to be on the browner side.
