It’s been a year and half since me and SO got married and I am 29 weeks pregnant. My father hasn’t visited our house since we got married cuz he is always travelling with work. I did visit my parents last year and my mil also visited them along with me. She is very attention seeking and controlling. My mom and dad are planning on visiting me and SO next month beginning and I am really looking forward to it. My in-laws are visiting us just a week before my parents and then heading off to Bahamas in a cruise. Today my in-laws call and tell me that they are cancelling their cruise to stay with us and my parents. I just felt bad cuz I was really looking forward to some alone time with my parents when my husband goes off to work. My mom will come back before I go into labour but my dad has to travel to different countries nonstop until the baby is 3 months old. I wanted to say no to my in-laws but I just do not know how and they didn’t even ask me or SO as minimum courtesy before cancelling their cruise. Now I will feel bad to say no to their visit. What do I do?
