Upper back pain?

Uuugh my upper back has been absolutely killing me today 😭 I’m 8+1 
I’ve had a scan so no it’s not ectopic. It’s probably just bad posture but I’m nauseous and miserable. Can anyone sympathize?

I don’t have upper back pain, but I have been slouching terribly, even for me, because the nausea just makes me curl up. I look so sloppy. 😕

You’ve been nauseous...so have you been gagging? The movement of that could be pulling your upper back and chest muscles. I’ve been gagging a lot but not actually throwing up 🙄 😂
