Skipped Period— How to start period?

Question

I didn’t ovulate last month which meant I skipped a period. How do I get my period to start back again this month?
Has anyone had a similar experience?
I’m 20 y/o & usually have a regular cycle.

So I drank parsley and ginger tea, like alot of it, used a hot compress at night and literally woke up to AF as she was a few days late. The prior month I only got spotting and never fully bleed. I was worried that would happen again this month. Also I had sex the night before.

You probably need to look at why you’ve skipped a period, what was the cause? Are you sure you’re not pregnant? Have you had a change in diet.. are you stressed.. are you a healthy weight... do you have other issues with your cycle, like are they really painful.. 
You’re still very young so now is a great time to get to know your body and figure out what’s actually happening.
