Extremely bad cramps

So the other night I had just finished dinner n I really had to pee and my stomach was getting upset so I went and peed and the cramps started getting worse at this point my bf came up asking if I was okay I just said yeah I just had to pee but I'm gonna go lay down now. So I go in our room and the cramps started getting worse and worse lower stomach kind of area, and he comes back up and I ended up getting on the bend and getting on my knees leaning forward trying to make it better. It was so bad I cried there trying to breathe through the pain and at this point my bf was like "do we need to go to the hospital like what's going on???" So I say " No no" so he lays there with me trying to make me feel better in any way he can but I'm balling my eyes out trying to breath through it. Its hurt SO BAD. But I havent gotten my period. Zero blood no other cramps since really. I'm thinking about it now like what happened maybe I shouldve hone to the hospital but I dont think I could even got up to go.

Anyone else experience this???
